Penerapan Metode Bermain Peran (Role Playing) dalam Memahami Teks Negosiasi pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri Taekas

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the role playing method in understanding the negotiating text and also describe the results of students' abilities after using the role playing method in class X SMA Negeri Taekas. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study, namely, observation techniques and test techniques. The subjects of this research are students of class X MIA 3A Taekas State High School which includes a total of 15 students, consisting of 9 boys and 6 girls. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be said that the application of the role-playing method in understanding the negotiating text in class X SMA Negeri Taekas is in good category. This can be seen from the result is known from the number of students 15 people. 11 students who completed with a percentage of 73,3% and students who did not complete as many as 4 people with a percentage of 26.6%. Thus, it can be stated that the role-playing method can be applied to learning Indonesian, especially understanding negotiating texts in class X SMA Negeri Taekas.
